At AVK Group of Educational Institutions, we aim to do just that… create a unique personality in each child, helping to carve his/her soul to perfection through a introspective education.
It's a new beginning!! AVK Group of Educational Institutions has been established with the aim to offer a balanced education in a rural environment. It is aimed to be conducive to a child's all round development, with the ability to think independently and to possess the spirit of inquiry and to enable the child to grow up as an individual in full control of himself/herself, confidently knowing what he or she wants to do in life and the wherewithal to reach it in the future.
Our carefully chosen Academic staff are highly qualified and experienced in the modern and innovative methods of teaching and will be the best guide & facilitators to open the windows of knowledge. Our goal is to enable the children to discover their inner strength to perceive things around them and move on to higher levels of knowledge as they grow into young adults to find a suitable place and to be part of the ever changing dynamic society. The school will endeavour to equip our students with every skill needed to cope with the ever changing and evolving technology, challenges and competitions they will face in the future. We will take every efforts to inculcate in them global thinking while retaining the value of their own cultural roots, while establishing an identity their own.
We have introduced several activities that will not only made schooling a rich experience, but will give the child ever opportunity to indentify the areas of interest and capabilities within himself / herself that will awaken the artist, the sports person, the creative self!. Extra – curricular that we have introduced are Karate, Drama, Music (Instrumental and vocal), Pottery & Clay modeling, Painting, Craft, Puppetry and Dance. These will focus on inculcating the appreciation of the aesthetic arts. The various club activities that include : literature science and social science, will aim to tap their latent potentials and creativity and to hone them.
Sports activities will include : Yoga, Football, Basket Ball, Badminton, Table Tennis, other Track & Field Games and Sports and will be made available with a high quality coaching to enable the children to develop the love for games and to stay fit & healthy. This will also inculcate the quality of team spirit, fraternity and the maturity to win or lose a game with dignity. The management behind AVK INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL hopes to realize the vision of its institutor Shri. D. S. Ayya Durrai Pandian, who is the Managing Trustee to bring the Best Educational Environment to the rural children at their doorstep.
Keeping this in mind, this school has been constructed in a sprawling campus of 14 acres, with well equipped and state –of Art class rooms, laboratories, Library with a reading room, Activity rooms, Auditorium & Play areas. KG Play equipments of the Modern age is appropriately fitted with the safety of Child in mind.
Every effort has been made to ensure the most optimal environment for a child to learn, develop and mature into responsible, intelligent and productive individuals.
